PRICING

Tuition for each icon writing retreat will vary and reflect a combination of studio hours, supply costs and the amount of preparation required on our end. Please note that $100 of the tuition is non-refundable. See the Cancellation Policy below.

Payment for Registration for online retreats can be made in our online store via the following methods:

Payment/registration for in-person retreats is sometimes handled by the host organization. If this is the case, we will direct you to the organizer for payment and registration information.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

Life is messy for all of us and sometimes doesn’t go according to plan. When life, family, sickness, or other emergency gets in the way of a workshop, we hope to be as generous as possible, but please keep in mind that we are an incredibly small business and the artist's life is a struggle. If you have particularly difficult circumstances please let us know, but otherwise the following cancellation policy will apply:

If you cancel:

• Two weeks before the start of the workshop, we will provide a full refund for any balance paid minus a $100 cancellation fee.

• Less than two weeks and more than one week before the start of the workshop, we offer full credit of the balance (not including the $100 deposit) which can be used toward a future workshop.

• Less than one week before the start of a workshop, we offer 50% credit toward another workshop.

• Unfortunately we don't offer refunds or credit if you have to drop out after a workshop begins.

Occasionally, the Studio has had to cancel workshops due to low enrollment or other unexpected circumstances. This is a possibility, though we will always strive to avoid this. If the Studio has to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
